These terms govern use of ferntreegullypersonaltrainers.com and enquiries made through Ferntree Gully Personal Trainers. The website describes personal training options in Ferntree Gully and surrounding suburbs. A confirmed training booking is subject to the separate service agreement you make with the provider.

Making an enquiry

Sending a form asks us to contact you. It does not reserve a session, guarantee a trainer or commit you to a paid program. Provide accurate contact information and only submit details that you are authorised to share. The trainer, service area, venue, time and suitability of a session must be confirmed before you attend.

Introductory offers and paid sessions

If a free introductory session is advertised, ask the provider to confirm availability, eligibility, duration and what is included. An introductory offer does not make later appointments free or guarantee ongoing availability. Before paying, confirm the price, session length, package inclusions, any travel or venue costs, payment terms and cancellation or rescheduling arrangements. These website terms do not set a cancellation fee or impose a minimum-term contract.

Choosing a trainer and a venue

Discuss your goals and any specialist requirements with the provider. Check relevant qualifications, insurance, current credentials and experience before committing to training. A profile or service description does not guarantee that a particular professional is available in every listed suburb. A park, gym or landmark mentioned on this website is not necessarily a partner or an authorised commercial training venue. Venue access and any required permission must be confirmed separately.
